[Shopee Live] Why am I unable to join the viewer chat during Shopee Livestreams?

Livestream viewers will be banned from the chat feature on Livestream if they violate the following policies:
Chat Violation Types | Description | Severity |
Outside Website Information | Third-party platform app names, links and contact numbers which might jeopardize transaction safety or lead outside Shopee | Moderate |
Spamming | Spamming ads or false information | Moderate |
Language Abuse | Harassment and Cyberbullying: Vulgar content such as swear words or disgusting content | Severe |
Severe Sensitive Information | Information that can jeopardize national and social security. It does not comply with laws and authorities' regulations such as ethnic discrimination, gambling, illegal gatherings | Severe |
Divulging other viewers’ personal information | Information including other viewers' names, phone numbers, addresses and ID numbers which they do not want to be disclosed | Severe |
